| Ok so i'm an underpaid military guy getting my ass worked for minimum wage...i come home after hardly working all day and check my mail to find a speeding ticket from DC traffic cops. They got a picture of me doing 64mph on DC295 SE at 5:25AM!
Maybe i'm mistaken but when ever i'm on a highway around DC, everyone's going at least 15 over the posted speedlimit other than at rush hour when no one's going over 5mph... 64 on 50 is total bullshit i think...especially when i think i was one of the slower ones getting passed by grandmas in my 89 sentra daily driver that won't go faster than 70... Is there anything i can do?
It says failure to pay the fine or otherwise answer in a manner and time required is an admission of liability. this will result in additional penalties and the loss of your right to a hearing...any ideas?
